We are very happy with our new home theater recliners. Everybody was fighting for the one recliner we had so we ditched the uncomfortable couch and got a chair for everyone. The chairs are made of a nice leather and they look great. The power features help everyone get comfortable and the cup holders and lights are a nice addition. Getting these chairs gave us some space back in the TV room which was an unexpected win.In addition to being happy with our chairs we are extremely grateful for the concierge service we received. From the minute we ordered someone had reached out to us to prepare us for next steps and give us contact information in case we needed it. We were able to get updates on our delivery. In addition, the delivery service went above and beyond to find a delivery truck that could fit in our neighborhood, and the delivery driver helped get the chairs to our garage to give us time to unpack and a safe place to keep them. After having enjoyed them for a week we were contacted about our experience to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the chairs and our overall experience. If we need addt'l chairs in the future, we will definitely order these again.

I ordered and was real worried about the amount of money I spent.Thinking I might not like them.But to my surprise. I was completely in awe by the chair quality. And the service from shipper was real convenient.And the way they where packed from seller. Wow A1 Quality. I would highly recommend to any one that wants a super nice two seat set. Great seats! Very comfortable. Blue lights and usb ports are an awesome touch. Power recliners put you at the perfect angle to watch a movie. I can’t imagine a better theater seat.

The chairs are a really good deal and they finish off the look of our room beautifully! They are comfortable and easy to adjust. I am 6'5" and feel good in the chairs. We upgraded to the next level at the last minute, we thought the Verona's were better for my height and they had really nice adjustable headrests. I recommend the upgrade. For this reason our chairs might not match the model number you are looking at. Most importantly, the company makes a good product, ships them nicely and has excellent customer service. We would recommend them to a friend or buy them again if we needed more.

The quality can definitely be better as well as when I ordered I was told if there were “any” problems it would surely be made right. Ha! When I received this product there was a small but noticeable hole in the material and now one of the recliners don’t hold the weight of my feet as it decides to fall at any given moment. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and have yet to hear back. Nothing has been made right as well as I wasn’t given my “free” items as promised.

These chairs are very nice. The only issue we have had with them is that the arm rests have gotten indentations from leaning our elbows into it. Although you can not see the indentations, you can feel them.

We are so pleased with the purchase from Valencia seating. Originally we only purchased 3 of the Syracuse recliners from Amazon for our small theater room. Delivery was extremely fast, well organized, and securely packaged. Assembly was very easy, and the product quality is very high. We liked them so much that we purchase another one directly from Valencia. Do yourself a favor and put your trust in Valencia, and you will be relaxing in no time!!

The media could not be loaded. I have little smaller space and wasn’t able to find 4 chair setup which can fit into that.then I found this one perfectly fit and best quality leather chairs in very reasonable price.very east to assemble it took only 15 min to setup whole thing.highly recommended.

Peter was excellent, the chairs were exactly what i wanted. our family loves our new theatre room, the chairs make it. Highly recommend
