Rainbow bridge
Painted this little bridge in remembrance of my dogs that have gone to heaven! I love the bridge and it was perfect for size and shape! Not to big but also not too little!

Cute Japanese garden bridge
I decided to buy the “used-like new” for a lower price and couldn’t be happier I did. It came in good like new condition already stained and protected. But I thought painting it red but keeping the walkway natural made it look better. I also added Preserva wood stain for extra lasting protection I hope. There was a minor area that was loose which some glue fixed, yes overall happy with the product.

Total Junk DO NOT BUY
This arrived in pieces. The cheap plywood sides are too far apart so the trim strips used for the bridge won't stay in when we try to put it back together. Trim strips for the walkway of the bridge aren't even cut to the same size and you can tell originally someone put like one drop of glue on them. We're going to try to epoxy and clamp together overnight, but the materials and construction are literally the worst of anything I've ever purchased online. This isn't worth $20 let alone $100. The wood wasn't even sanded before they put whatever stain they used on it and there's no clearcoat for something that's advertised for outside use.

SusieD. Talk of the neighborhood!
I used this for my oriental rock garden. Put a frog fisher on top of bridge and a family of fish in the fake grass! Love it!

Not as big as you think not as strong as you think.
Well.. it’s a cute... very very small made of very thin wood and SMELLY it’s outside now so that’s not a big deal but to be honest I probably would’ve paid $50 or less for it. Not the 125$ I paid And now I see It’s 169$ that is wild. It’s very cute don’t get me wrong just way too much money for what it is I was really hoping for thick and sturdy and it’s definitely not gonna work for where I wanted it because of how thin and flimsy it is.

Perfect size
A little expensive for the level of material and workmanship quality. But otherwise I love it. A sprayed it with preservative when I received it, although it smelled like it had been sprayed already at the factory.

SamsGazebos Miniature Japanese Wood Garden Bridge Review
The wood was more like a thin plywood than the pressure treated wood as described. So it was not a s strong a construction as I would have liked. Plus the oil they treated it with is soaked in on some spots and not on others, smells terrible and got all over the box it was packed in even. It seems to stay wet so that I am going to have to try to go over it with water seal or something to even it up and dry the surface which i had not been wanting to do or I would have built it myself.

SamsGazebos Miniature Japanese Wood Garden Bridge
I read both reviews and still ordered this Miniature Japanese Wood Garden Bridge. In the description it does say "can be finished to your liking" The third picture they have is more accurate on the look of the bridge, the first picture is ore clean looking; I did stain it with a chocolate transparent stain and it looks much better. You could still keep it as it is like it says for the rustic look. This is a decoration that looks great. Yes there was an odor from the box, but the item is going outside in the garden. Just so you know they included a catalog but on the envelope that the catalog was in the envelope said” *This product is treated with oil based wood preservative. Please wash hands after handling. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Smell of wood preservative will be less noticeable in a couple of weeks. Finishing with a solid deck stain is highly recommended; the color will fade over time. Thank you.” I did feel at this price it really should just be painted better a bit better, but we wanted this bridge look in our garden. It took about 1 hour total time to get the stain out and paint the better stain on, it is detailed and I am slow on paining but we are glad we bought this very cute bridge. The wood is thick enough, I mean this is not for a person or a child to walk on it is for looks. We are happy with the product, but I do recommend to stain it as well for even a better look.
