It is on the expensive side, but it does exactly what it's intended to do! And that makes it worth it.

These maybe only kept me regular for about a week and a half, then didn't anymore. Not sure why. But I can't swear by them that they'll keep you regular. Haven't found that "magic" probiotic yet.
