I didn't know what to expect, but I LIKE IT!
The tea is very mild and v pale yellow. I put a teaspoon of honey but I could easily drink it with no sweetner, which I may do later. The taste is close to "nutty". I found it very pleasant, not bitter at all and not overpowering. I cut the little bag open and ate the groats after I drank the tea! Idk if that's ok, but I figured if I'm going to drink the tea, then why can't I eat the groats?? Am I right?! They were so tasty! Reminded my of pearl barley. I'm hoping to get a little more benefit from eating them, lol.

Takes a minute to love.
Add a little Manuka honey and you have a great bedtime tea. Took a minute to get used to, but I love it. Will order again!

Very Weak Tea
This tea must steep for a long time in order to get any flavor, and then it is luke warm at best and needs to be reheated in a microwave, which I detest.

Wonderful if you love buckwheat
I love this tea, however most people I know don't like the taste of buckwheat. If you've never had buckwheat, I'd recommend trying a bit first before buying this tea. If you like buckwheat, it's awesome!

Not Himalayan. No product info on bag
Product taste good but no info on box on country of origin or anything else. Himalayan is on Amazon label but not on packaging. Himalayan grown in colder climates is much higher quality. Suspicious And don’t believe it’s legal to not have it labeled.
