I was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis & my PCP told me to start taking Vit D, Ca, Zinc, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Copper & Selenium. Super D has all but the Phosphorus & Magnesium. It has calcium, but not the RDA amount for Osteoporosis so I still have to add Ca supplements. I happy to be able to get so many of my needed requirements in one tablet. The tabs are small, easy to swallow & no foul taste.

I have no ideal the benefits I am receiving ,although I gave this a high rating, I do like the size of the small pill ,the ease in swallowing it and the extra supplements included in the product, also the container was in good condition.

I like this brand and I also get their fish oil and multivitamins.
