I must rave about this product!The smell is fresh and clean! When I first started putting the mixture into the mop bucket I was amazed on how good the smell was! I want to use it everyday for just the smell.The shine it puts on tiles is perfect. I have an all tile floor and I’ve used other, more expensive products that weren’t that good and left the floor dull looking. After just one use, this product made the tiles shine once again.

A quick way to clean the floors without taking out the power cleaner. Makes in between cleaning the tile easier.

I used the Black Diamond tile cleaner to scrub my 6 month old ceramic tile floor. I'm very pleased with the results. I have a textured ceramic floor tile that traps dirt easily. While the floor did not appear to be dirty the water in the bucket proved otherwise and I was glad that I took the time to get it done. I used a stiff brush on a long handle to scrub the floor and then mopped it up. I figure that if I clean my floors every 6 months they'll stay looking brand new.

Worked wonders on my tile floors…used multiple products none worked till now I highly recommend it

It works great! I have a very fluffy dog, that when I walk him daily he brings dirt to my white floor, and with the days the floor beguins to look not so white regardless I clean , even with clorox. But, this product from day one clean , and whitening my floor. It is exelente, I will buy it again when I ran off of it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I just wanted to try it because I was looking for a cleaning solution and reading the description I said let me give it a try. Never made sense. I really don't see where it cleans well or offer any shine. Waste of money.

Works as advertised. My application was on white stone 20” x 20” tiles. Use the hottest temperature water possible. I used a soft mop I could manipulate to go hard over grunge areas and wider swaths over easier to clean areas. Add more product per gallon for very tough areas. A second application after rinsing does seem worth the time.

I bought the Black Diamond Floor Cleaner because I have the gout cleaner from Black Diamond that I absolutely love and because the floor cleaner advertised as "streak-free". I am extremely disappointed as it leaves my beautiful shiny porcelain floors looking dull and full of streak that I cannot even remove as much as I wipe. I can't even return this product and I bought the one gallon concentrate thinking I would love it. Do not waste your money on the Black Diamond Floor Cleaner.
